My mum taught me how to sew when I was younger. I never did that much of sewing, or did much of my sewing systematically. Somehow, last spring, I stumbled across a few webpages and blogs about sewing, and was hooked. A friend has graciously lent me her sewing machine as she doesn’t use it. On this blog, I track my journey and time in Sewingland: trying to figure out patterns, shapes, fittings, fabrics and the rest. I find it quite challenging, most of all because there’s all these beautiful creations by others I can’t quite make yet… but I’ll try anyways!
